Wife took the truck and got it washed, and now the radio reception is non existent. They did clean the windows inside and out. Is it possible that grid could have been damaged just cleaning the windows? Is there a connector near that window somewhere that could have gotten knocked off? It's dark at the moment so it's hard to see even with a flashlight.

Thanks!

I'd bet they knocked a connector loose. There is one back there on my wife's Mazda 6 and my dad's Mazda 3. There are a couple connectors back there on my '11 Expedition also and I'd guess that one of them is for the antenna that's located in the rear quarter panel glass.

If your model year is like my 2008 its the passenger side cargo area window that has the integrated AM/FM antenna. I believe the connector is in the lower left corner if you are looking at the window from the inside.

Check the connector and make sure you didn't disconnect it or break it. I can't even tell you the last time I intentionally listened to the radio in my vehicle. I gladly pay Sirius every year not to listen to all the ads.
