So on my 2001 Eddie Bauer 5.4L Expo here recently I got a check engine so I took it to AutoZone to get the OBDII (if thats right) and it came back P0301 (Cylinder 1 Misfire) and You can definitely feel it. Its running like crap. :( Its rumbling at low speeds (0 mph - 20 mph)

Any ideas or Advice? Thanks

Yea, probably the COPs. If you look around on ebay (Uneek supply), you can get 10 COPs for just over $100. That leaves you 2 spares in case you have to warranty one. :)

I would check the spark plug first. I was getting the same thing a few months ago, checked the plug, replaced it and was good to go for $3. It may be the exception to the rule, but I always look for the cheapest 'error' first and work my way up.

my vote is for coil pack #1 they should have them at the part store you were at. I changed my last failed one in the parking lot outside of autozone just after I purchased it. It took about 5 minutes.

We have 3 Expeditions in the Family and the 1st thing we do is change out ALL coil packs and spark plugs. We use the Accel cop and motocraft platinum plugs. If you dont do that, you will be replacing them one after another. I have a mechanic that replaces all of the plugs cop's for $150 labor and i supply parts. Summit racing sells the 8 pack of COP's shippped to my door for $219 which is a great price. I just buy the plugs at autozone. Here is a link, dont waste your time doing one by one, get them all done and not worry about it anymore. Once we replaced them, we didnt have any more problems, just dont wash you engine, the water will get trapped and ruin your cop's. Here is a link.
