Hi All,
MIL was showing P1289, so i replaced the Cylinder Head Temperature Sensor. I put everything back together only to discover that even after clearing the code it popped up again
So now i have to replace the harness that goes with the CHT.
Question is, where am i supposed to splice the pigtails into? I came across another thread with a picture, but this means nothing to me (http://www.expeditionforum.com/attachments/25-04-jpg.11760/). Both wires are black on the replacement sensor (one has the brand written on it....is it safe to assume this is "positive")? Is there a positive negative wire for these sensors?
I guess the most important thing i'm looking for is where i connect the pig tails.
