So I finally went to work on the Heater Core. I only worked it a few hours a day due to weather and hanging with my kids. I can only say....WTF? Tonight I actually removed it. Tomorrow I will replace the O-rings, and hopefully put it back together correctly. I started off following some directions from the internet/manual. There are some steps that both missed. I marked with tape and put all screws in separate baggies. I think if I take care I will be ok. I just want to know, how am I supposed to know if my radiator is single or double....DOOOH! The stealership wanted over $900 to do this. My mechanic was like around $600. He is a great guy but times are tough and kids have to have presents for their B-day. I will let you all know if the she actually works and that I did not make her a paperweight. In addition I was taking pictures of every thing I did in order but I broke it by accident yesterday. Another wasted $200. I guess I will be using the phone for awhile.
