Ready to install dash cam in my 2015. My question is what is a good fuse location to use for the ACC connection. I figure to use the horn for the constant but unsure what to use for the ACC. Seems like 90% of the fuses are constant (hot). Ready to assemble, just need a little direction.

I plugged mine onto center console cigarette lighter ran wire underneath drivers side edge of console to area above the gas pedal, over to the drivers door and up through mouldings to the rear view mirror mounting spot. Took 20 min.
Next project, mounting one at rear window

Well, for those who can install a dash cam without roadblocks my hat's off to you. Seems I'm always running into something. Trying to hook up my fuse taps to the fuse box. I'm finding that the fuses are recessed in the box and the fuse tap will not reach deep enough to seat, really even make significant contact. I have a multiple taps and none will work. I'm sure someone else has run into this. The photo is the style of fuse and tap that was provided with the camera. I checked local shops. Auto Zone, etc, they just scratch their heads. There must be a simple solution.

I think I solved my problem. I just used the next size up, had to file the sides down a little bit to fit. Used the same amp fuse just a little larger.

I ran into the exact same issue with the cameras I bought for our cars. The designated tap which matched my fuses did not work. Luckily the kit came with 4 different sizes and I found one with longer 'legs' which allowed it to plug fully into the fuse panel.
