Hey guys. Been reading all through the Heating and AC threads but I haven't come across my exact problem. Rear heat and AC work fine. Hot and Cold temps good, fans good.
I have the dual zone automatic temperature control, no knobs.
Front Defrost is the funky one. On the Driver's side there is about 20-30% more airflow than the passenger side. Fans seem to be blowing fine, but just not moving the proper volume of air. On AUTO it seems like there is just as much airflow to the front defrost as when I have it on defrost. It is visibly noticeable when the drivers side is fully defrosted and the passenger side is only half. Temperature of the heat is fine.
First inclination would be the front actuator but I am not hearing any clicks or ticks or anything that most people say accompany the symptoms.
Only in the coldest temps is this an immediate concern. Like yesterday and today!
Should I look anywhere besides the front actuator? Thanks!!
