hello all.. im new here.. thanks for letting me join.. has anyone ever used denso t16epru15 (5023 ) spark plugs? i did the p.i.t.a plug and coil change yesterday and thats what i pulled out. advance auto crossrefrence says they dont fit the 5.4 but thats what i pulled out. the online reviev seems to be pretty good for them. but i put motorcraft plugs back in and it seems to run smoother at idle and better on pick up...

You did right. Personally Ill always go oem unless Im making major changes that require different plugs. I cant recall how many autolight, bosch +2 +3, splitfire, cross oem, or any others I am forgetting in a car that was running rough, then ran much better afterwards. Loved the "but I just changed those!"

Never had a problem with NGKs tho in anything but then again they are usually more expensive and wont do anything over oem.

Yea since i just got this beast i figure i would do a fresh tune up just to be on the safe side. Specifically with winter around the corner. I just dont have any experience with that brand plug..
