Ok a friend is giving me his programmer. Now it says it will work with a 99 F150 but doesn't say anything about a expedition, now to my knowledge F150 and a Expy are pretty much the same so would you think it would work?

Sounds like the correct one. I found their tune to be somewhat garbage though. I've had the best luck with running the stock tune with +4 degrees global timing advance and 93 octane fuel.
