Just to follow up, I was able to find the camera on that site. Here's the link:

I'm super happy with how it came out. I have a 2005 XLT & was a little worried about it not fitting, but it was perfect. The only thing that I had to do was to drill a small hole inside of the housing in order to feed the wiring through the back side. Not a problem as long as you drill a pilot hole & use long drill bits. Here are some pics:
