I'm curious if anyone else has had a similar side door window issue. I hate opening the windows as they make an annoying scratching sound as they slide up or down. All the door glass actually have a few vertical scratches on the outside. Almost like there are grains of sand in the felt or something. Anyone else? Thanks

Have the same issue with a couple of my windows just not as severe so I let it alone... My big issue is they go down SO slow... I have silicone spray for them but have yet to grease the tracks

I get streaks from time to time...not scratching or screeching noise...only driver window is slow for me...not a prob yet
YES! I have the same issue on my 08. Pass window has some fairly deep gouges in the outside. Driver side not as bad. Windows are very slow as well, and lubing them helped only a little.....I gather it's just one of them things...

I don't have this issue on my Expedition, but my wife has it on her car. I only drive her car for a couple hours per week so I haven't pulled the trim panel off, but if you want to know what's causing it (and put a stop to it) that's the only way to know for certain.
