I have 2001 Expedtion XLT with significant rust at the bottom of the driver's door. The rust and holes are on the door skin just above the bottom edge as well as on the bottom of the door shell where the door skin wraps around.
I have been trying to locate a lower door skin repair panel and have had no luck.
Mill supply and Sherman parts have both a listing for this repair panel however in both cases the repair panel was for a F150 standard or extended cab door. The Expedition and the F150 Crew Cab doors are similar in that they have a body line just above the bottom edge where as the repair panel for the standard and extended cab F150 do not.
Any advice on where to get a partial or full door skin would be greatly appreciated.
