My bad i didnt read the question before i answered the poll. You can double up wheels spacers but keep in mind the more you do the the less stud there is to tighten the lugs to. I personally wouldnt do it. I would recomend getting like 1" wheel adapters that come with their own studs. That is what i have.

By "can i buy another set of 8mm spacers" do you mean you want to add 8mm to the 8mm you already have on there?

How many turns does it take for your lug nuts to tighten right now? You should be getting at least 5 turns.

Either way, it's sketchy, especially for something as big as an Expy. If you're going to do it, just get a bigger, single space (assuming you have enough turns left). How big are these covers, anyways? Might be better to just paint your calipers.

his covers have his name on it. they look kinda cool. saw a vette with them today actually. but no dont do it. just buy a new spacer. your going to buy a new one anyways might as well get a better one. that way your not risking more damage if something were to fail.

i still have to see how thick the spacer is on there now...found 8mm spacers for $13 each...think i'm going to get those and see if it does the trick...if not...i'll be buying adapters...the cheapest i found was $170 for 1"...but i'm not sure if the wheel will clear the fender when turning...wish they made .5"...that would solve the prob...

Do not stack wheel spacers! Your wheel wobble is gonna be out of control. 1" sounds like alot but it really isnt.

You only needed 1/4" ?

i need 1/2"...i already have 1/4" on there...then i bought 1/4"...i put both on there to get a visual of how much space i need...1/2" total...so motorsport tech on ebay says this: The cost for a set of four would be $140 for hub centric to the truck only. If you want us to build them with a lip coming out to center the wheels the cost would be $240. let me know..

which do i need...hub centric or with lip? whats the difference? i think i knw...but not sure...
