Downshift clunk

I have a 2008 with only 26000 miles. The problem I have is when the vehicle downshifts. There is a cluck. Like when you would throw your manual into a lower gear. I was thinking of doing the fluid change but not until 30k. I am new to this forum. Any help.

there is a reprogram from Ford for that. I am not sure if it is covered by your warranty but you could ck with your local dealer.
