So from what I've read, the 2007 thru 2013 Expeditions can fit a 17" rim size. I know the bolt pattern is 6x135, and my stock 20" rims have a 44mm offset.
So if I buy some 17" rims for my truck, can I buy any set of 17", 6x135, offset 44mm rims and they should fit? Or do I even need to worry about the offset?
Tirerack keeps showing me rims from as little as negative 12mm of offset up to +38mm of offset, so I'm totally confused about the 44mm. Is a 0mm offset on one style of rim not comparable to a 35mm offset on a different style?
