Driver Power Seat Question?

2011 XLT with no problems with driver seat. The seat retracts backward when you shut the truck off and then advances forward to the set memory position when you insert the key to start. No issues.

Here is the question. Can you change the amount the seat retracts or moves backward when you get out. Mine moves fine but it does not move very far. It would make exit and entry easier if it moved back further. Just thought I would ask if this feature is adjustable. Thanks

I don't believe that the amount of travel is adjustable, It does depend on how far you have the seat set for' I believe that the seat will travel as far back to within 2 inches of full back and will go forward to the position you have the seat set for. You can also check your owners manual under message center or memory seats for more information.

Follow up - There is absolutely no reference to this feature in the owners manual so I would guess that this is one feature which has no adjustment.

Unless someone knows something I don't .
