This may be already listed here I searched for about 30 minutes and couldn't find any info. Is there anyway to turn the feature off where the driver seat moves back-and-forth as you put the key in?

On my 13 there is. It's in the setting on the dash. Forgot the exact label but it's like entry exit assist.

I think this is what you are looking for:

Easy entry/exit (if equipped)
This feature automatically moves the drivers seat backwards for easy exit
from the vehicle.
1. To disable/enable the easy
entry/exit seat feature, select this
function from the SETUP control for
the current display mode.
2. Press the RESET control to turn
the easy entry/exit ON or OFF.

I checked the manual could not find it going out there now just got it yesterday. Its an 2007 eddie b EL i just figure i should turn this off im 6'7 320lbs im scared its gonna wear the seat out

and yours is a 2008 and his is a 2007 TWO different owners manuals and would also depend on which printing of the owners manual as there are at least 3 printings of the 2007 manual Ford is well known for making changes from model year to model year and even within the same model year

What I was trying to get at, is many times the answer that someone is looking for is in the manual all they have to do is read it.
