Our 2017 Limited driver side visor has no power to light the mirror or power the garage door opener. Anyone experience this and come up with a solution?

I had that issue while it was under warranty. It APPEARS that wires get unseated from their connection points. Ford installed a new visor. A handful of years later, I am back to the visor intermittently working. When I extended the visor to the driver's side window at full extension then put it all back up, it often would temporarily fix the issue (until I used the visor again).

There is a connector inside the headliner that sits just above the left (swivel) mounting bracket of the visor. This connector / wires power the mirror and garage door opener. If it has come loose or disconnected it could cause the problem you are describing.
