Having a weird electrical issue on the drivers door components. Sometimes the power fold works and sometimes it doesn't. Haven't found a pattern to make it work or not work. Just works all the sudden when we least expect it. The other thing we notice is that the power window is much slower on the drivers side than the passenger side. Is there a controller that could be the problem or a wiring issue I need to look at? I'm fairly handy with mechanical items and have no problem digging into but don't know where to start.

Thanks in advance.

The slow window is a very common issue. I took my door panel apart and removed the plastic and tried my best to clean it up and lube it. The power fold might be broken wires. Both my expedition and old vehicle, an 07 Yukon, had wire problems in the drivers door. It's the one used the most, and the wires flexing back and forth caused them to break. I would start with the easiest. Pull up the switch panel on the door and see if any of the plugs are loose. When some people work on electrical plugs, they aren't so delicate and can break the tabs that hold the plugs together. Then go from there back.
