Driving Lights in Fog Location

Hello all, does anyone here have any insight to mounting driving lamps in the fog location? (3rd Gen) Both my fogs have cracked lenses now, so I'm looking into adding more light in this location. I'm mostly curious if anyone had done this, and whether or not it was direct replacement for the factory fogs before I start looking into custom brackets and such.

I have Rigid DOT/SAE compliant LED fogs here. I used the Rigid brand F150 bracket.

Not a perfect fit but I like it.
