Money light came on last night. Got home and using forscan, found this code. Performed search but no hits on forum. Google search found info for f150’s but nothing expedition wise. Vehicle is a 21 with 60k on the clock. From what I’ve found, code is related to turbo blow off valve and it appears that mid 21 model year, this valve is incorporated in turbo requiring turbo replacement? No drivability issues at his time. Can anyone confirm? Heading to dealer this morning. I have extended service plan for engine and trans so hoping this will be covered. Any insight from others?

The BOV is located on the intake tube between the turbo and the intake throttle body. It is necessary to let off excess pressure....had something similar happen to my previous 2021 Ranger where it was sticking in the closed position and not letting the system build correct pressure for the turbo. Closed.....too much pressure builds.....stuck open not enough pressure builds. Either way, if the BOV is bad, the vehicle will go into "limp mode" and speed will drop to around 30 mph. Happened to me while on an interstate, towing travel trailer at 65 mph....lucky near an exit and further lucky that a Ford dealer was very close.
Not an expensive part and easy to replace.

Hhmmm… I read that this was incorporated as part of turbo mid year 2021 and requires turbo replacement? Anyone else encounter this?

I believe it is located on the tube routing out of the intercooler, behind the radiator, underneath on the drivers side. Not part of the turbo...separate part.
Info from a thread here in the 4th Gen Forum, Feb 23, 2023, "GFB Blow Off Valve First Impression " thread.....he explains where the OE BOV is located....

If you look further into the P0035 it indicates a possible problem with the turbo bypass or wastegate valve.....that is totally different than the BOV. I do believe the wastegate valve is part of the turbo.....
Two totally different parts/problems......
If it were the BOV the code would be PO299....
