Dual Exhaust on 2003 not possible

Got the truck up in the air on the ramp. Dual exhaust tips exiting on opposite sides won't be possible unless you're willing to remove the spare tire.

There just isn't any room to route piping to the driver side.

You could attempt to run a pipe below the spare and just behind the differential, but that decreases the ground clearance and becomes a BIG problem if you run over something tall enough to hit the pipe. (This was the only way I could see in order to keep the spare).

I don't suppose anyone else attempted this with any success?

just wanted to point out that if you run two pipes down the same side of the truck, it's still duals.
