What will be a better mod to do first. Electric fan or Headers? Like performance and economy wise? :)

Unless they are long tubes, ur wasting ur money. The e-fans are not worth it if ur looking for power alone. Get a programmer or gears. And for those that say the shorties work they are full of shit, its remanufactured stock manifold.

i would say neither

the headers may give you a small increase but you would only see that with a programmer anyways...

and the E fans would keep the A/C nice and cold in stop and go traffic but put a strain on the electrical system so its a wash

e fans. want my controller? ill sell it to you for $100. thats $10 off msrp. haha its $109 anywhere you go to get the one i have. i like it, just have the wrong fans. and yeah fans work. keeps your engine nice and cold when needed. will free up a lot of power, give you some good eco upgrade, but will strain your electrical, but barely. they dont pull much. i think about 20 amps per fan. i pull more with front kcs and its not that bad. but look at it this way. when your on the freeway theres enough cool air going threw the grill and your fans wont be on. only time you would have both fans on is in stop and go traffic when its hot out and the AC on. the 2nd fan will turn on when you have your AC on, but they should never really be on while on the freeway. i say do the fans. and buy this. http://www.amazon.com/Flex-lite-31165-Variable-Control/dp/B000CNN3LS and for real the price went down? what ever. just buy it new. ill keep mine! haha and heres a how to. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZyAOW9XePI thats why i got it. cause it shows me how to do it.

I have a guy here that is willing to look at doing a group buy on these for me.. If people are interested, I will inquire...

Its not on my list of current mods, but if you can find out a price, I might be interested. I think trucks should come with e fans from factory anyway. It can't be much more on the price tag considering how much you spend these days, at least put them on vehicles with towing packages to help cool the motor down a little bit and gain a little more power.

Less engine drag. Since the fan is directly bolted to the waterpump pulley, when you are a stop light, the engine will get warmer because the fan is not spinning as fast as it would when you are driving.
