The only prep was clean, minor taping and spray, took me about 1.5 hours to do all, front and rear bumper plastic and all the sides......I am finding soooooo many things to spray now!!!!!

if that's right, I bet we could order a case of the stuff at discount, have it delivered to one of us and then distribute it. Not sure it would be worth it for a couple dollars in savings tho.

It says that each can will cover 5 square feet.....wonder how many square feet total the skirt and bumpers are?

Looks real good man! I plan to do mine, but I want to get it done at a paint shop, don't want to screw it up by doing it myself. Although I did do the plastic on my front and rear bumpers and it came out looking good!

just do it. you did your spacers you can do this!!! i need to finish my rear bumper and im good on bed liner.

i would say no. usually plastics you dont have to. i know i didnt on my center console. and it holds up great. but i did do 3 coats so that could also be why. and it was high temp paint too. haha

No priming needed, since this stuff peels of like latex it is a coating, but to peel you have to really try hard, it holds up well.
Just grab a can and give it a try on one piece, if you dont like it peel and you are out $5

I think i may even do some interior piece's and clear those more the more gloss look.

looks good... so it is very durable... I still want to get rid of my tan too...

Walnuts it seems pretty damn durable to me, but I also just city drive basically, If you do scratch it it actually tears like if you ripped a whole in a latex glove, so you would just peel and respray. I have to really dig into it once it is layered to get it to tear apart.

dont clear the intieor pieces. they will reflect onto the windshield. haha

You did multiple layers with the spray can right? I saw they have brush on too which is more of a latex.

it looks good.... but I think I might use bedliner since I'm worried about it tearing during hunting season when I live in farm fields... corn stalks are not nice to paint... so worried about this stuff holding up

Walnuts that is probably a better idea for you, this is my Temparary fix till i can afford a new paint job and have it all repainted Black.

I did 2 layers then just some touch up here and there, and when you touch up you just spray and it blends in and shows no new layers.
