Finally got rid of the EB trim, I used the same stuff as my wheels, Plasti-Dip and love the results.

SOLISIMO...I thought about blacking all the chrome out also....might give it a shot, that is the plus to plasti dip, if you dont like it you peel it off.

LastEXPO....no I did minor taping and sprayed them. You get some overspray but with plasti dip it come right off, I use a sponge with the scrubber side and all clean.

Blackexpy....I have had my wheels done for about 4 months now and no issues, it gives a matte finish but you can clear coat it also. Google it...it is everywhere and what people are using it for.

so now nvy isnt the only one whos blacked out eb on here! isnt plasti dip used to create the handles on wrenches and pliers? looks sick though! better then my rattle can wheels. need to fix mine, but after i get new tires.

DIDNT YOU JUST GET THOSE CHROME ONES??? haha itll work, but you might as well just go buy new black ones.

yeah I did but it wasn't as much me picking them out as them just kinda' falling in my lap....would have much preferred blacks.

Panda you right, it is also used to make the ruberized handles on tool, you dip them in the can and your done. I use the spray cans.

Did you have to sand or primer or anything special, or just clean it and spray, cuz, I'm super interested in doing this on my tan parts until she goes into the paint shop!!!

Looks real good man! I plan to do mine, but I want to get it done at a paint shop, don't want to screw it up by doing it myself. Although I did do the plastic on my front and rear bumpers and it came out looking good!
