Does anyone have any idea where to either buy or obtain the EGR valve or part number? I cannot find anything online AT ALL about a replacement EGR valve for a 2012 Expy 5.4L.

Ford 3V motors don't have the traditional EGR valve that you can see and replace. On the 3V motors EGR is built in as a function of valve timing. Only the man above knows why. My guess is to make the feds happy, that the EGR system couldn't be tampered with by owners.
