Electric Driver Seat

I have a 06 ED Expedition. Recently the electric driver seat went out. It will not move when you put the key in or out and you can't adjust the "Preset" saved.

It's in the shop now and they say it's working fine.

Anyone have this issue before

Few things that come to mind are....

1. fuse

2. motor

When they said "its working fine" did they sau what they did/replace?
