I agree with 1955moose on retaining the OEM down flow radiator; considered swap for cross flow but landed on the OEM down flow.

We are waiting for the fans to arrive before making a final decision on attachment but have ordered FF Dynamics attachment straps, etc.; the assemblies are built on order so it will probably be near the end of the week before the are in hand. The fans are shrouded and the complete assembly only weighs 5 pounds and those that have installed the system in a similar application have not had issues with the FF Dynamics attachment hardware.

Zip ties as posted by Habbibie will not work; not an option. The FF Dynamics hardware has been designed for their application, so that is what we will go with for the install.

I know this is an old thread, but curious to hear any feedback or results on the FF Dynamics E-fan installation and performance / longevity.

Fans have worked flawlessly; it was a good upgrade. These two smaller fans are much quieter than the OEM fans on the wife's '15 Explorer Sport.
