Electrical help needed

I have an 03 expo. Changes head gasket. Then found time off 2 teeth. All electrical worked. Took off timeing cover. Redid timing now now electrical to dash,radio,Windows or to start. Have good batt. Power to starter. But then let and nothing. Please help. All fuses good and disable like good any ideas.

Welcome to the site.

Go back over what was disconnected when you did the head gaskets.

It would also help to proofread before posting. Some of what you posted doesn't make sense.

Sorry on a phone with auto correct. Ha ha. I have, all connections. Made back up. From what i took off. Electrical working is door locks, pedal adjust,head and tail lights. Cigaret lighter. But nothing else. No clicking no nothing. Is there a relay I'm not finding or something. The little red light on dash blinks a few times a min. Not fast. Thanks in advance

Red light blinks every 3 sec. It does have a aftermarket remote start but no fob for it. I'm at a loss for what to do.

Does the instrument cluster perform the sweep test when the ignition is turned to run? The warning lights should come on also at this time.

Do you have a DMM or test light?

No sweep test. Yes a test light and dvm

Did you buy it not running? Have you ever been able to attempt starting (have the engine crank over?)

Yes it was running before I did head gasket. I'm 95%sure it the fuse box. I ran jumper to ignition fuse,and got it to crank. Now looking for fuse,box.
