This evening I came back to my car to notice my radio on and also my heater. There were no keys in the car of course and the car wasn't running. The radio went off when I put the car into drive. I replaced yesturday fuse number 15 because I couldn't get the car out of park and yes we have had some rain and snow with ice. Anybody can pinpoint a fuse to replace or should I replace the windshield and the GEM. Any Input would be great.

Try to remove the assembly and check for water in the fuse block and gem you may be able to dry it out

Well bad fuses will not cause the radio to turn on without the key. My money would be the GEM. Get the windshield replaced and if lucky, the GEM will dry out and improve. However if it does not, you will need to replace it.

Have you noticed water in the driver's foot well without anyone being in the vehicle? That is a tell-tale sign. Otherwise feel behind the fuse block and see if you feel any water.

I did notice this morning that my foot well was damp. Also this morning when I parked to head off to work the compass and temperature and mirror won't turn off.

read the recent thread "truck has mind of its own" within the Electrical forums he had a similar problem as yours He was able to remove the fuse block and dry it out But this will give you a good idea as to what your up against Check the GEM and see if there are any signs of water etc. Also you may need to use a little force to remove the assembly but be careful. Try to use a light and mirror to look at the connections on the back of the fuse block try to remove them first will make it somewhat easier. If this solves your problem then get the windshield re-sealed
