Electronic throttle body For 2015 el xlt

All, have seen a lot of posts about electronic throttle body failures, but I cannot find information about swapping the part...is it as easy as everyone says it is and does it have to be programmed after install? Is there a step by step guide somewhere? Wife states she will be cruising along and the car will shake, wrench light comes on and vehicle goes into limp mode...she has to turn off vehicle and restart to get going again...light always clears on restart.

Couple screws and clamps, remove old, install new, reconnect, drive away. Ford did mine under TSB last year when it failed
