Engine Won't Start

Have a 2000 ford expedition 4x4 5.4L Eddie Bower 215KMi. Started having troubles cold starting and progressively got worst. At first, it would start then die immediately. I could wait five minutes and then be able to start. Then and now just turns over after just a kick the first time. I have since replaced Fuel pump, fuel filter, Plugs, Cam and Crank PS, checked for spark and fuel in rail. No Codes are thrown. Please help.

Idle air controller?
When/where did you get gas last? How old is the gas? Ethanol does bad stuff when the fuel sits over several weeks--especially performance.

That's usually the MAF, fuel pump relay or the fuel pump itself.
I know you have a new pump but it could still be defective.
