I combed through the forum for hours and still have a few questions before proceeding forward w/ this project. I want a deeper more aggressive exhaust note. Nothing obnoxious, but I want to hear it on acceleration. I had a Borla on a Yukon many years ago and it was perfect. But Borla doesn't seem to make a complete kit for the Expedition. That's not a big deal as my muffler shop can weld the muffler in. But, which muffler? Is there a free flow cat that will pass emissions and not throw CELs? Are headers worth the money? And which ones to get?
