Expy 2010 - broken easy fuel inlet I cant put more gas to the tank.

Hi Expy owners,
as you can see from these photos, I cannot put gas in the tank due to that filler-thing cap being broken/wrong position. Which I think is the reason behind DTC codes P0455, P0457.
What is the name of such part? can it be replaced?
I dont have the ford plastic fuel adaptor, suggestions are welcomed.

Update: I think this is my only option. The youtube video is for an Explorer, but it looks like the same symptoms.

Well, it is fixed. About two hours of work mainly because the Mechanic has never performed such fix.
A local mechanic was able to remove the fill neck and replace the broken spring.
