I’ve been looking at this very same issue for the nearly two years I’ve owned my truck and never been able to have any definitive answer one way or another, and I have yet to be willing to drop $1K plus on a bumper because I “think” the frame rail ends are the same and the upper fascia lower line is in the same spot as on an F-150.
Everything “looks” like it did on my ‘13 F-150 once you remove the crash bar, and the fascia line appears to line up, but it’s an expensive risk to take.

I've got a buddy w/an extra brush guard, maybe I'll just drag it over and see how things line up. If I do, I'll post back my findings.
