fluid change

well after watching the guy from powerstrokehelp.com, I think i wanna change the fluid in my tranny. its a 97' 5.4 with 152000 miles on it, and im not sure if it ever got changed. Idk what type of trans I have but i think its the E4OD, the older version of the 4r100. does anyone know the capacity of it? any tips would be welcome
