Fluid changing questions

I would like to replace all of my fluids in my 2007 Exp but I wanted to move over to all synthetic does anyone have recommendations on brands and types of what swaps with current.

Except my engine oil which is Mobil Synthetic, everythings from the dealer.

Try Tire Discounters for fluid change. They had a special for around $300.

I have always stayed away from changing trans fluid unless you have always done it regularly...

motorcraft (literally any fluid ever needed for a ford), mobile 1(engine and axles) or amsoil (axles).

There are other very good brands but this is what brands I use and for what. Good luck!
