Towed about 160 miles and back for a camping trip. mid 70s ambient. Trans temp hit 205 briefly, Oil temp hit 212 for a little while as well.

Where are you getting the oil temp from?

I built a module that lets me read it off the CAN Bus using Torque Pro.
I mounted temperature and pressure sensors at the oil filter. Look further up the thread I have links to it.
