That was the feature right after the new version was released. It is not there anymore.

I'm going to say the latter.I also noticed that you can no longer upload pictures of your receipts to “prove” the purchase of items for your oil changes, etc. I was diligent about that. I don’t know if this is Ford’s way of trying to push us to the dealers, or if this was costing them in cloud storage space or what, but that was a great feature we have lost.
Some, if not most, of them may be paid less than minimum wage. American manufactures tend to outsource their programming jobs to somewhere in Indian. Even Boeing company does the same, and hence a part of the reason why 737 Max has issues.Late to this party as I only use the fordpass app for adding services and an occasional remote start in winter. I'm on version 5.6.0.
I cannot add a service, and the web on a desktop will not login. What a load of crap! The locked/unlocked status still doesn't show, either.
So, in the app, click 'schedule service' : ok, cool, got the correct dealer. Says collecting vehicle information...Ford (OK), 2019 (OK), different VIN number. (NOT OK), Model E-350 (NOT OK), miles 74165 (NOT OK)...
If these programmers are paid more than minimum wage, then they are overpaid.
