Nice, I didn't know that was possible. Of course, now I'm trying to do it and keep getting their "Something went wrong, try again later" error message.

Anyone found a way to view your extended warranty information?Either on the app or elsewhere? I purchased the Premiumcare ESP from Ford but don't see it anywhere.

I'd like to know too. Mine has never shown on either...ever. I heard if for some reason there's a difference in how your names are recorded, it won't show. That seems wrong since it should be VIN driven.

My ESP showed up in Ford Pass 4.x. I was told by the dealer that I bought it from that the email has to match your Ford account for it to show up.

Ver 5.0.3 was pushed today. That's four updates including the initial 5.0 in about a month. They really threw this turd over the wall.. . I can't tell any difference.. I'm sure it's another bug fix release.

v5.2.0 was pushed the other day. I don't see any new content. Still no warranty info. No way to ping veh to update status. No owners manual. Lots of features that were in v4.x missing

No tire pressure, fuel level, or time till next service. Those are the only things I cared about and they are all gone! The reasons I like them is that it is my wife's driver. I like keeping up with things I take care of on the vehicle.

Ford technology sucks. How do you go backwards that far? There is nothing on it I care about now.

Why in the hell did they take away fuel level? Tire pressure is still there under service > vehicle health. Why can't we just have a simple main screen that displays fuel, oil, and tire pressure?

The two big ones for me are the ability to ping, or update the data. In v4.x you could pull down on the screen and it would update to the current values, including location. And then there's the warranty info. If you have a ESP there is no current way to see your coverage.

Thank you for pointing this out to me. I looked and didn't find it until now. The layout is not intuitive.

I tried new version and found it doesn't have a lot of features with the old version. So, I switched back. I can't say Ford software development is a joke, but I think it is very close to.

Has anyone else tried the new version of the Ford Pass App? I had a button appear to beta test it about 2-3 days ago. Functionality seemed fine, although things are all moved around and reorganized.

But a huge whiff is that I cannot find anywhere to log your own maintenance any more. I don’t know if they just haven’t pulled that in yet, or if they are considering deleting that. I also could no longer find links to your warranty information, scheduled service recommendations, or the vehicle manual. But losing the ability to log your own maintenance would be a huge loss of function. I hope that doesn’t happen.

I’m posting this somewhat to try to encourage other people that may also be inclined to use this feature on here to give Ford that feedback if you agree. Probably 95% of people service at the dealer and don’t care about that.

I think the new Ford Pass sucks, my Ford Pass went beta, then one day it went full on and I can’t get the old version back. Not Happy.

I have the new version, beta turned to official. It's fine, but some things don't work yet. I didn't ask for it, nor had a choice. It just updated.
