I have "03" Expedition and the air is barely blowing when I drive, when I drive faster the flow increases. But not like it did before. Back a/c works great!

Does the fan motor sound like it normally does on high when this happens?

I have a similar issue with one of the control motors for distribution getting stuck which almost kills the airflow to the panel vents.

No we replaced the blower motor last year and it was a little louder than the one we had but it worked. You don't hear it now but a/c is working in back and cold.

From reading your past post the problem you had with the old motor was the resistors.

Do you still have the old motor and was it running OK when you put the new motor in?

If you still have it you may want to put it back in as it could be possible that you current problem is the new motor

you could also check the voltage at the motor to see if you are getting 12 volts when the motor is on high
