Front Bumper Cover or Replacement

Has anyone here done a bumper cover on an Expy? I would like to do a body kit but don't know whether a replacement bumper would be better than a bumper cover. The attached pic is for a cover I've found on Ebay and would rather not waste my money or do something that'll look stupid.

Honestly not a fan of body kits, but in my opinion you should do whatever makes you happiest.

now that sounds like a plan. I am not a big fan of Body kits either... BUT! on some vehicles it looks nice thou..

That's just a Ford lighting bumper, I think they look good depending on what look you are going after.
