Hey everyone, I bought this 2015 expedition last year and ended up having to replace a lot of the front end-cv axle, upper and lower control arms, shocks, etc. When I bought it, it seemed to have slight resistance coming from the front end when driving slowly but didn't seem significant. After I replaced all those parts, it seemed to get worse. There's no noise, but when I let off the brake, it doesn't move for a few seconds and seems to need extra power to get it moving. It also just seems like there's extra resistance when driving, although no noise when in 2wd. There is some in 4wd, but goes away in 2wd.
It doesn't seem to be the brakes as they function normally and don't seem to affect the drag. I'm wondering if it's the iwe hubs although from everything I've seen there should be noise associated with those being defective. Or maybe differential or transfer case? Not sure what path to pursue here. Also getting worse fuel economy than I should. Around 15 driving like a grandma on 60mph country roads while others with the same car are getting 20. Thanks for any insight!
