Need help figuring out why my front driver side rim is accumulating a lot of brake dust. Rotor gets hot compared to all the other rotors. Replaced caliper and brake hose and put on new pads. Also when driving and take a left bend in the road the driver side front tire feels like it’s sort of shaking. It’s 2006 expy xlt 4wd. Pins are greased caliper pistons push in ok. See no leaks at master cylinder. Anyone have ideas? I’m at a loss right now. The wheel don’t totally lock up just drags enough to feel it and see the extra brake bust on that one wheel.

Sounds like maybe air still in that corner line ? You still have the anti-friction spring on that caliper right ?

Anti friction spring is what goes into the back brake pad and hooks inside of the middle of the caliper? Yes that is in. I’ll bleed it out again tomorrow.
