The HVAC for the front of the Expy is not working as well as the back. During the summer, the A/C was something like 13 degrees cooler in the back than the front. I cannot find my infrared thermometer to test for the winter, but I am guessing it is 15-20 degrees different.
My assumption is that there is a vent flap stuck open somewhere. Is this right? Where would I be looking? Do I have to take the dash off?
I am asking because I am guessing I have to take the dash off for another purpose, and why not get it all done at once!

Oh yes, it is a 2000 Expy EB.
