Front Hitch on 2WD?

I’m wondering if it’s possible to mount a front hitch on a 2001 XLT 2WD? I’d like to be able to carry a few bikes up there when we’re towing our pop-up. If it can be done, should it be done? Would three bikes in front of the grill cause too much cooling restriction when towing?

I’m sure it’s possible, I’d go see a good welder, I’m sure they can fab up what is needed. The frame is there to weld directly to.

Ordered it and it installed fine. Pretty easy job. Only had to trim the front valence slightly to make room for the receiver. I mounted it higher than the instructions said to give me a little more ground clearance. Thanks everyone!
