I have a ‘22 Timberline. Has anyone experienced this? I was driving around in 2H. As I was accelerating from a stop, there was a feeling and a sound (clunk) as if the front wheels had been engaged for just a moment.

The truck drove normally after that. I switched to 4H and back to see if it would reproduce, but it didn’t.

I can’t imagine something like a random transfer case hiccup is normal.

Many thanks for any answers.

I have same experience on my 24 xlt. I used to think it might be from the transmission. But now I guess it is from the end links of front sway bar. I noticed it after I replaced the factory front bar with the Hellwig bar.
