Front window scratching issue

Good morning, this is my new post on here. (hope this isnt a duplicate thread that i missed) My dr/pass front windows have become extremely scratched up from something on the inside of my door. I really wanted to get these windows tinted. But dont want to spend money on something that looks scratched up. Furthermore, i dont want to buy new windows and have them get scratched up again. anyone know what is causing this? and is it s cheap fix? i did some reasearch (called dealership) they said it would be expensive. pull the door off and make sure nothing is stuck or causing uneven distribution on the guide...u may need to clean it out from dirt/grit
