Believe 28 gallon tank (closest guess with issues)
When filling I get to the last quarter of the tank, the pump shuts off and gas spits out and never puts the gauge at full. Gauge functions smoothly and consistantly through out the fuel range otherwise.
I have read a few things for the issue.
Charcoal canister, a vent tube on the tank, and a GM fill hose solution with a vent. Never found a clear solution to the issue in previous posts other then a GM filler hose with a vent.
Would pushing compressed air through the tank help or hurt do you think?
Blow back through the line on the vent solenoid?
Anywhere specific to start?
