I think the reason for the large majority of men driving expeditions is clearly because in the urban dictionary expeditions are also known as sexpeditions which means an expedition used to pick up women. Naturally i would assume this would be geared more toward the male market. I learn real good at College in University are Wisconsin Milwaukee. They learn me good.

Damn, you better use leather conditioner after that and do a full detail. Thats how i keep my truck nice. I am pretty picky about that. Besides, other people have to ride in your vehicle that are normal lol.

LOL yeah wouldn't surprise me.... I am the same way... I'm am a total clean freak so I like things to be in order and most of all clean.

I am really irritated if i leave crap laying around my truck. I hate stuff like sweatshirts and tools just floating around. I like to keep my car organized so it looks good for other people. I take pride in my vehicle.

when i bought mine she wouldnt shut up to drive it, after letting her take it to work one day she comes home and says, its too big for me to drive. so now i never have to worry about her asking for the keys.

:hmm im from the midwest...just a sail away from you...michigan...although i've heard the term...being from the urban community i dont agree that this is THE reason...lol...logical...there is more than enough room...but no...lol...especially if it doesnt look like mine...lol

My wife has had two. She had a 2003 xlt. She now has an 05 Eddie Bauer that we absolutely love. She has good taste!

Now I'm lookin for a first gen expi 4x4 to build up as a camping/fishing/outdoors family time project vehicle.

I generally never cover anything, just make sure the engine isnt hot. If you have one of the big K&N type filters, it could collect some water that could then be sucked in when you start the engine up. With the cubic feet per minute of air flow, that would be short lived.

I can't stand for my wife to drive mine. Everytime she does my avg. mpg starts dropping lol. I had it up to 14.6mpg and she drove it for a week while hers was getting a timing belt put on and it's now at 14.1mpg dang lead foot.
