His all new here. We are thinking of trading our 07 EB for a loaded 2011 EL XLT. it has every option and 24k miles. Dealer is staying pretty firm at $34k. Do you think this is a decent price or more room for negotiating? Thanks for any help

Toms89 has good advice. Personally, it looks good. I paid 27500 for my xlt. 39k miles, only options were sunroof, leather, and towing.

I paid just over $40,000 for my 2013 Limited EL with similar mileage. It's hard to really compare since prices can vary so much from place to place.

As others have said, knowing if it's a good price is more of a regional question than a national one. In Texas, big, gas-guzzling family haulers command a premium price unless they are just beat to heck with 11ty million miles. I use cargurus.com to shop and have found some fair prices.
